Once you are ready, make online payment for the design. Our design team will begin the work. You will receive detailed garden design, recommended plant list and product list.
Finalise & Order

Our online store has all the materials required for your garden. In case, your garden contains any custom designed product, our in-house team will create them for you with superior craftsmanship.
Receive The Kit At Your Doorstep

Depending on the amount of custom design and fabrication involved, we may need anywhere from 2 to 14 to complete the preparations. You can track the project progress from your BalconyOfJoy account. Once everything is ready, we will ship your garden kit.
Installation & Support

Your garden kit comes with a details isntallation manual. Its so easy that you can install it yourself or hire a Mali / Handyman to do the work for you. We will be available on video call on the day of installation for any help.
